What is the Critical Bench Program 2.0?

The Critical Bench Program 2.o is an eBook available immediately upon purchase, and is geared towards gaining power and strength. But don’t confuse that with gaining sloppy mass. This strength training program will also help you put on lean muscle mass, not fat (of course this has more to do with your diet and not so much the actual weight training program). In this program, Mike puts the focus on overloading the muscle by using more weight.
You’ll get stronger and gain more muscle mass. The muscles will react with growing with more stress put on them. Having more muscle also means that your body will naturally burn more fat. Critical Bench Powerbuilding

The Critical Bench Program 2.0 also puts an emphasis on powerbuilding to get stronger. Powerbuilding is combining powerlifting and bodybuilding training styles.
